Being part of VRC Rugby is about more than what happens on the pitch. It’s about teammates, hard work, Club pride and the friendships built through training nights, match days and post-game gatherings—where the stories tend to get better with every retelling.

Whether you’re returning to chase another championship, getting back into the game or are new to the team, we’re excited to have you join us. The season ahead promises plenty of great rugby, memorable moments and good times together at the Club.

By signing or electronically submitting this renewal form, I acknowledge and agree that, as a condition of my membership with the Vancouver Rowing Club (the “Club”):

1. Compliance with Governing Documents

I will comply with the Club’s Constitution, Bylaws, House Rules, and other policies and rules applicable to members, as amended or duly adopted from time to time in accordance with the Club’s Bylaws and applicable law.

2. Support of Club Objectives

I will respect and support the purposes and objectives of the Club as set out in its Constitution.

3. Accuracy of Membership Information

I confirm that the information provided in connection with my membership and renewal is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge, and I will promptly notify the Club of material changes to my contact or membership information.

4. Guests

I am responsible for ensuring that guests I bring to the Club comply with the Club’s applicable rules and requirements. I will ensure that my guests are accompanied and registered as required by the House Rules.

5. Access and Security

I will:

a. not duplicate, lend, transfer, share, or permit another person to use any Club key, access fob, code, or other access credential issued to me, except where expressly authorized by the Club;

b. take reasonable steps to ensure that Club doors, gates, and other secured access points remain closed and secured, except where temporarily opened or otherwise authorized by the Club; and

c. promptly report to Club staff any known loss or unauthorized use of my access credentials or any suspected breach of Club security.

Acknowledgement
I understand that my membership is subject to the Club’s Constitution, Bylaws, House Rules, and applicable policies and rules.

I understand that a failure to comply with my obligations as a member may result in disciplinary action, suspension, loss of privileges, or termination of membership where permitted, and only in accordance with the Club’s Bylaws and applicable law.

By signing below or electronically submitting this renewal form, I confirm that I have read and understood this Membership Renewal Agreement and Acknowledgement and agree to be bound by it as a condition of my continued membership.

PAYMENT OF DUES

Annual Rugby Membership dues for 2026/27 are $426.85.

Members may choose one of the following payment options:

Pay in full: Pay the full amount when submitting your renewal form.

Six-month payment plan: Dues will be divided into six equal monthly payments due from October through March.

To use the payment plan, you must have an active Club Account with a valid credit card on file. Each monthly instalment will be charged automatically to that card. Please contact the Club office if you need to set up your account.

Collegiate dues are available to eligible players currently enrolled in post-secondary education who are under the age of 26 at September 30, 2026. To apply for the collegiate rate you must submit a copy of your current student card to the Club office.

Your membership will be complete once the Membership Renewal Form has been submitted and you have either paid your dues in full or enrolled in the six-month payment plan. Membership dues are non-refundable, and members who select the payment plan remain responsible for paying the full annual dues.

Access fobs will not be issued or renewed until your membership has been finalized. Access to the Club and its facilities, including the gym and Member Bar, is available only to members in good standing. If your membership payments become overdue, your access fob will be deactivated until your account is brought up to date.
