VANCOUVER ROWING CLUB

The Vancouver Rowing Club is the city's oldest amateur athletic club, with roots dating back to 1886. We are a multi-sport club, our members participate in Rowing, Rugby, Field Hockey and Yachting. We also welcome applications for social membership.

Club membership is required to use clubhouse facilities. Non-members are not permitted to use the gym and may only attend the member bar as a guest.

Once application and dues payment arrangements are in place members may pick up their clubhouse access fob and purchase a non-moorage parking permit.

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
I hereby agree to:
1. abide by the Constitution, Bylaws and House Rules of the Vancouver Rowing Club and accept the Club's policies now in force or hereafter adopted;
2. support the furtherance of the objectives of the Club, as set out in the Constitution;
3. promptly advise the Club of changes to contact information;
4. ensure that:
  - all guests to the club are accompanied by a Club member and registered as per the House Rules.
  - keys and access fobs are not duplicated or shared with anyone.
  - all doors, gates, etc. remain closed and locked at all times or are monitored while propped open.
  - any breach of Club security is reported to staff.

PAYMENT OF DUES

Full payment of dues may be made using the secure payment field at the bottom of this form, or through the Club Office (by phone 604 687 3400 or in person during office hours).

A payment plan is available with three equal payments due October 15, November 15 & December 15 of 2024 AND three more January 15, February 15 & March 15 of 2025. Members wishing to utilize the payment plan can contact accounting@vancouverrowingclub.ca to set up a Club Account (credit card on file) or will need to commit to paying in person or over the phone through the office on a monthly basis. Monthly statements with a payment link will be emailed to address on file.

Access fobs and parking permit (if applicable) will be deactiveated should payment plan fall into arrears.
