MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
By signing below, I agree to the following as a condition of my membership with the Vancouver Rowing Club (“the Club”):
1. Compliance with Governing Documents
  I will abide by the Constitution, Bylaws, and House Rules of the Club, and accept all policies and procedures now in force or hereafter duly adopted by the Club.
2. Support of Objectives
  I will support and uphold the objectives of the Club as set out in its Constitution.
3. Accuracy of Information
  I will promptly notify the Club of any changes to my personal or contact information.
4. Guest Responsibilities
  I will ensure that all guests I invite to the Club are accompanied by a Club member and are properly registered in accordance with the House Rules.
5. Access and Security
  1. I will not duplicate or share keys, access fobs, or other access credentials with any person.
  2. I will ensure that all doors, gates, and access points remain closed and locked at all times, unless they are actively monitored while temporarily propped open.
  3. I will promptly report any breach of Club security to Club staff.
I acknowledge that failure to comply with this agreement may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or termination of membership in accordance with the Club’s Bylaws and policies.

PAYMENT OF DUES

Annual Social Membership dues for 2025/26 are $364.15 and may be paid in full either through the online payment form provided below or in person at the Club office. Membership will only be considered complete once both the membership renewal form and full payment of dues have been received.

Please note that access fobs will not be renewed until your membership is finalized.

Members who wish to purchase non-moorage parking for the upcoming year are asked to contact the office directly.
