Members may introduce guests at all times when the clubhouse is open for ordinary business, subject to the following limitations:

1. Upon introduction of a guest to the club a member shall register their guest, including name and city of residence of the guest together with the
member's own name and member number.

2. Members are responsible for the standard of dress, behaviour, compliance with house rules, and charges incurred by their guests.

3. Members who are under suspension or expulsion from the club may not be admitted as guests.
